Jason M. Starr – Nurse Practitioner

Jason has spent the past 19 years working in the medical field. The start of his medical career was in emergency medicine working on an ambulance. He graduated from nursing school in 2014 and practiced emergency medicine until 2023. While working full time, he continued his education earning a BSN, EMS-RN, and Master’s Degree in Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner. Towards the end of his emergency medicine career he assisted opening the first freestanding ER in Northern Nevada. Jason then trained under the renowned Allergan trainer Janet DeWitt BSN RN (his mother) where he perfected his injection skills.

In his free time Jason enjoys furthering his education, skiing, motorcycling, camping, and spending time with his wife and three children. “Good, better, best. Never let it rest. Til your good is better and your better is best” ~ St. Jerome
